The sangha at Santi will enter their vassa retreat on Wednesday 17th July and finish on 13th October.

This is a special time for the monastics to try to focus more on their meditation development in relative solitude and silence, although we still have to keep the monastery ticking over. To help us we have a small lay team resident during the whole of this time and we don’t accept guest applications again till after the vassa.
