Ayyā Karuṇikā will be teaching at Crows Nest Community Centre on the last Wednesday of each month, starting on January 31st. Founding abbot of of Santi Forest Monastery, Bhante Sujāto will be teaching the other Wednesdays of the month.

The program is as follows:
6.50pm: arrive for a 7pm start.
Chanting (chanting sheets provided)
20 minutes guided mediation
tea break
1hr dhamma talk followed by a Q&A session
Finish around 8.45pm
