Remembering & celebrating the Birth, Enlightenment, & Parinibbana of the Buddha

This year, the Santi nuns’ community have offered an online video (below) with blessing chants and a Dhamma Reflection to honour the special occasion of Vesak. The May full moon falls on the 26th this year.

Due to covid restrictions and uncertainties, organising a large event at Santi was not possible. However, for those who’d like to visit the monastery in person during the May Vesak season, you are certainly most welcome to do so… But please email or call in advance to let us know, as due to covid restrictions we can’t exceed 35 people in the hall on any one occasion. From May 22nd thru to May 29th the meal-time Dhamma reflection will be around the theme of Vesak.
