Through guided meditation and mindfulness practice, this retreat helps you observe thoughts without getting caught up in them, cultivating clarity, peace, and presence that you can carry into daily life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>You are invited to join us for a quiet day of meditation in the tranquil surrounds of Santi Forest Monastery<\/strong>, 100, Coalmines Road, Bundanoon, NSW 2578.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please email<\/strong> us if you wish to join this retreat <a href=\"mailto:santimonastery@gmail.com\">santimonastery@gmail.com<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This event is free of charge. There will be a shared vegetarian lunch and hot and cold drinks will be provided. You are welcome to bring a plate of food to share.
