Also with Ajahn Brahm\u2019s full support and blessings, Ayya Jitindriy\u0101 has been moving into the leadership role at Santi#<\/a> as Ayya Nirodha steps back. Jitindriy\u0101 has had 17 years previous experience as a nun in the Theravada Forest tradition, (having taken ordination in the UK with Ajahn Sumedho in 1988), and has recently re-entered the monastic sangha at Santi, wishing to preserve and support the forest dwelling life for Bhikkhunis here.<\/p>\n Our community\u2019s focus more recently has been to set-up and streamline the processes and procedures that support the daily functioning of Santi FM, both on the administrative and technical side of things as well as on the community side of things.
