After leaving the monastic life at that time, Jitindriya gained a Master\u2019s degree in Buddhist Psychotherapy Practice with the Karuna Institute in the UK, and continued to teach meditation and Buddhist retreats on invitation. In 2008 she returned to live in Australia (her country of birth), practicing as a Buddhist Psychotherapist as well as teaching meditation and Buddhism in various capacities.
