In order to minimize disruptions during this time,\nwe only having a small lay support team staying for the whole three months to\nsupport the monastic retreat, (or possibly for a minimum one-month stay from\nthe beginning). Only experienced Buddhist meditators who have stayed at Santi in\nthe past 3 years and are known to the current community will be considered as\npart of the resident lay support team over this period.
