You are invited to join us for a quiet day of meditation in Santi Forest Monastery.

Discover the reasons why Right View is the foundation of a successful practice.

This event is free of charge. There will be a shared vegetarian lunch and hot and cold drinks will be provided. You are invited to bring a plate of food to share.

Program

9.00 am – arrival and settling in
9.30 am – Guided meditation
10.30 am – walking meditation
11.00 am – Lunch- Shared meal
12.30 am – Dhamma talk on The Benefits of Right View
1.30 pm – walking meditation
2.00 pm – sitting meditation at the Big Cave
3.00 pm – tea break and Q&A
4.00 pm – Guided meditation
4.30 pm – sharing of merits and chanting to end the day.

Accesibility:

  • The meditation hall is upstairs. Access to the Big Cave is a 10-15 minute walk on gravel.
  • There is no public transport for this event.
    You may be able to arrange a lift via the Friends til the End Signal group.
