You are invited to join us for a quiet day of meditation in Santi’s suburban vihara in Leumeah.

This event is free of charge. There will be a shared vegetarian lunch and hot and cold drinks will be provided. You are invited to bring a plate of food to share.

Program

9.00 am – arrival and settling in
9.30 am – Guided meditation
10.30 am – walking meditation
11.00 am – Lunch- Shared meal
12.30 am – Dhamma talk on the Power of acceptance
1.30 pm – walking meditation
2.00 pm – sitting meditation 
3.00 pm – tea break and Q&A
4.00 pm – short meditation
4.30 pm – sharing of merits and chanting to end the day.
